9 Months

Sadie just turned 9 months and I wanted pictures. So I decided I was going to do them myself. I had a few ideas in mind. We headed our for a picture taking adventure. Unfortunately Ben wasn't able to come with us. He can always make her smile.

I was driving around looking for sunflowers and saw these weeds along the train tracks. Thought it would make for some good pictures.

I thought it would be fun to try sunflowers until she started eating them!

I took these on some equipment at the park.

She was really getting tired at this point.

On our way home I spotted a family out picking pumpkins. So I asked if I could take some pictures. Their pumpkins were amazing.

My New Hair Style!

It is about time I do something different. I had my bangs cut and put more dark in it.

So Excited

So this morning we turned on Signing Times and Sadie went crazy. She started clapping (for the first time) and cheering. It was the cutest thing ever. She melts my heart every day.

She loves her whistling hippos.

Sadies first bike

Grandma Carr helping Sadie get on her bike. Heidi bought this hot rod at a yard sale.
Broom.....Broom......

Peach Days

We started off peach days with Sadie's first parade. She didn't like the loud fire engines and cried through that, but after that it was smooth sailing. We had fun with her cousin Bregenz, aunt Linsay, and uncle Jake.

We had to go to the car show and find Ben's Chevy 63 Nova. He owned one of these in high school and one day he will own one again. When he was younger their was a Nova 63 a couple miles away from his house and every day he would ride his bike to go and see it.

Megan's baby shower

Can you believe Megan (one in the middle) is due Oct. 15th. She looks so good! This is all my high school friends. I have missed them so much. It was a blast hanging out and catching up on life. Steph (one on the far left) and me are the only ones not pregnant. It is so fun to see all our families grow. Good luck to all my girls with their new babies. I can't wait to see all the little ones.

Will she ever learn?

I'm trying to get Sadie to scoot. Food always motivates this little one. So I decided to put the two together. As you see it doesn't work. She has figured out that if she rolls to her side it moves her forward therefore she can get her food. If you look closely she rolls over her arm. This has always been Sadie's style of rolling over. What a stubborn little squeezie.

Sweet thing

I had Sadie's hand and foot prints done when she was six weeks old. Aren't they precious?
