Creativity
Surprisingly card board boxes can provide entertainment. Sadie made a spaceship out of this one. Whenever we have a card board box she makes sure to make something out of it.
Sometimes you just can't wait to build a snowman.
Sick Days
All the kids have been sick the past few weeks. As you can tell I am prepared!
Sadie suffered from a headache and fever for 3 days!
This is the bed she made in the kitchen.
Sawyer and Sadie spending some time together while recovery.
Temple Square
Sadie has been asking if she could go see Jesus. So we ventured out and took the kids to temple square. On the way we talked about why we celebrate Christmas and all of the gifts that Jesus has given to us.
Christmas Time
I BELIEVE!
Who is that strange man???
Oh well, I will sit on his lap as long as he gives me candy!

Pumpkin Fun
This little one was entertained for awhile with coloring his pumpkin and was not very happy when it was time to finish up.
Sadie insisted that her pumpkin had to have a puppy carved into it. We all worked together and this is what we came up with.
Halloween Fun
This is Sadie's best buddy Asher. She let us know the other day that they are getting married. I asked her why and she told me because I love Asher and he loves me. I tried to explain to her that we don't get married till we are older, but for some reason it just didn't make sense to her.
These are some fun crafts and games that Sadie did with her kindergarten class for Halloween.

Love this little boy
Spencer loves to color. This is him being a little silly.
Playing doll house like a boy!
He may have just started walking at 21 months, but he has also potty trained himself. This little guy started signing potty about 2 weeks ago when he needed to go poop. We would put him on the potty and he would go #2. Then after a week of this. He started signing potty when he needed to go pee and his diaper would be dry when we took him. I finally got the courage to put him in underwear today and he has kept them dry all day. I am still in shock and disbelief.

Sawyer's Harness and Ipad
My sister Stacey helped me make this harness for Sawyer. Now he can carry his mini ipad on him and use it for basic communication. He is doing so well with it.
The other day we were in the store and a lady asked what he was wearing.
I asked Sawyer if he wanted to say hello and he pressed "My name is
Sawyer", "Hello".
Sawyer
This is Sawyer opening and shutting the pantry door. He loves it!
Apparently I didn't give him his food fast enough and he took matters into his own hands.
Sadieism's
Sadie loves reading. She is doing so well. We are currently reading 2nd grade Tree House books. She hides books under her pillows at night so that she can read them when she goes to bed.
I am loving this sweet girl.
The other day I asked Sadie what she learned in her class at church. She told me her teacher said a bad word. I asked her what he said and she said he said the word "hate". So I asked her what she did. She shows me her hand and puts it in my face and said "choose the right". We recently bought her a CTR ring and talked about what it meant. Her teacher said "I'm sorry, I forgot to not say that word".
I was talking to Sadie about swear words and I explained to her that there are bad words and there are really bad words. I talked to her about using the Lords name in vain and then I told her usually when people say swear words they do it when they are upset and they say it loud. I went on to ask her if she should play with kids that said swear words and she said "yes mom, they are a child of God too".
I told Sadie that some kids in her class might not go to church and she said that's okay mom I can just ask them to go to church with me.
Last but not least on mothers day we got home from church and Sadie told me I looked tired and I needed to go take a nap. She said she would feed the boys lunch and take care of them. I told her I would take a nap later and I helped her with the boys. After the boys where in bed she insisted that I go lay down. Knowing she was up to something I went and laid down. A few minutes later Sadie brought me in a jam sandwich with some water.
Voyage Academy
Mrs. Bradshaw is an amazing teacher. She has so much fun with the kids. She knows how to get all the children involved. I volunteer a few times a week and I love watching the kids learn.
Sadie's first day of school at Voyage Academy. I have to admit I didn't shed a tear. I was so excited for her to go to school and I know she will love it.
Spencer Bean
Spencer sure likes to be silly. This little guy keeps us very busy.
Spencer is very mischievous and tests us constantly. He gets up on the dishwasher and finds him things to color on the floor with and treats to eat. Most recent I caught him eating a tootsie roll with the wrapper.
He loves our neighbor across the street. Whenever a door is opened and shut he goes to it and pulls it with his fingers to see if he can open the door and escape. The other day Grace's mom brought Spencer home after she found him crawling in the middle of the road to go play with Grace.
Blacksmith Fork
Uncle Danny went fishing in the river and Sadie joined him. No surprise that she loves fishing. She told Danny where to cast the line and he caught a fish.
We had to sleep a little different this year. We put the boys in the play pins on one side of the camper trailer. As you can see Spencer wasn't very happy about this, but the all slept sound.
