This is the kids helping daddy pick apples at the neighbors house. Ben has spent several hours and late nights up past one canning, dehydrating, and juicing. He has canned pears, tomatoes, salsa, peaches, grape juice, apple sauce, and plum juice. He has also dehydrated peaches, pears, and plums. He is more than obsessed!

Wow... that's a ton of canning! I bet your food storage is looking pretty impressive right now! We have an apple tree at the end of our driveway. We donated most of the apples to our Relief Society activity where we learned to can applesauce. The day after the activity, my friend came over and we canned 13 more cans of applesauce.
